Business Intelligence Analyst – AI & Automation Focus

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Intelligence Analyst who combines deep analytics expertise with a passion for AI and automation. In this role you will own end‑to‑end BI projects, turning complex data into actionable insights for a fast‑growing U.S. organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BI initiatives from requirement gathering to solution delivery and user adoption.
• Design, develop, and optimise high‑performance SQL queries on enterprise‑scale datasets (100M+ records).
• Create AI‑powered analytics, BI copilots, intelligent agents, and automated insight generation tools.
• Build automation workflows that streamline reporting, decision‑making, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate data into measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• 3+ years delivering AI‑driven solutions and automation projects.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Expert‑level SQL development and performance tuning.
• Experience with AI agents and agentic AI workflows.
• Familiarity with BI copilots such as Microsoft Copilot or GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of automated insight generation and AI‑driven root‑cause analysis.
• Hands‑on experience implementing enterprise‑scale AI solutions.
