Business Development & Sales Specialist

About the role

Strawberry Paris is seeking a high‑energy Business Development & Sales Specialist to drive wholesale growth for its premium fashion line. Based in Los Angeles, you will turn cold leads into long‑term partners, manage a portfolio of boutique accounts, and represent the brand at fashion weeks and trade shows.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect aggressively and convert cold leads into repeat‑buying wholesale accounts.
• Lead line showings, presentations and negotiate contracts with strong margins.
• Close high‑ticket B2B deals in the fashion/apparel/luxury segment.
• Travel to 10‑15 fashion weeks and trade shows per year (company‑paid, short trips).
• Maintain pipeline, hit aggressive sales targets and provide ongoing account management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing high‑ticket B2B sales, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for turning leads into loyal customers.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Los Angeles and travel frequently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

What we offer

• Base salary $60K–$70K plus 3% commission, quarterly bonuses and annual guarantees.
