About the role

Join CNWR IT Consultants in Toledo as an entry‑level Business Development Representative. You will focus on cold‑calling manufacturers and small businesses in Northwest Ohio to introduce our IT and cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Call 50‑70 prospects daily from a pre‑researched list of local companies.
  • Ask qualifying questions to identify IT or cybersecurity problems.
  • Book 15‑minute introductory calls for senior sales staff.
  • Send personalized follow‑up emails and maintain accurate CRM data.

Required profile

  • No prior sales experience required; willingness to learn cold‑calling techniques.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to track call outcomes.
  • Comfortable making calls without extensive preparation and open to coaching.
  • Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.

What we offer

  • $20.00 per hour (approximately $41,600 annually).
  • $40 for each booked meeting that actually occurs.
  • $100 when a booked prospect becomes a customer.
  • Benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
  • Uncapped commission potential, typically $400‑$700 extra per month.
