Business Development Manager – Tennessee & Alabama

About the role

Nutrafol is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand market presence across Tennessee and Alabama. The role blends territory management, client education, and strategic promotion of Nutrafol’s hair‑wellness portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert new healthcare professional accounts within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, delivering “white‑glove” service and ongoing product training.
• Execute approved marketing initiatives, promotions, and field‑based campaigns to increase product adoption.
• Travel weekly to client sites and major airports in the region to conduct in‑person meetings and educational sessions.
• Track sales performance, report on market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Residency in Tennessee or Alabama with easy access to a major airport.
• Proven experience in B2B or healthcare sales, preferably within the aesthetics or wellness sectors.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a focus on education and relationship building.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment while meeting travel commitments.
