Business Development Manager – SaaS Marketplace

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development professional to expand our two‑sided SaaS marketplace by acquiring SaaS vendors as sellers. You will work closely with the founding team to scale the platform and build lasting partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Take over and nurture an existing pipeline of hundreds of SaaS vendors.
• Explore and implement new acquisition tactics for SaaS vendors worldwide.
• Respond to inbound leads and generate outbound leads through targeted outreach.
• Qualify prospects, convert them into partners, and onboard new SaaS vendors.
• Conduct product demos and gather partner feedback to improve the offering.
• Maintain ongoing relationships and support partners post‑onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven closing ability with a partnership mindset.
• Self‑motivated problem solver who works independently.
• 4+ years of hands‑on business development or sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Scrappy, can‑do attitude with a hacker mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, using data to inform decisions.
• Systematic and methodical approach to note‑taking and pipeline management.
