Business Development Manager – Restoration Projects

About the role

The Large Loss Project Manager we need is a self‑confident, outgoing, and fast‑moving professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit, are comfortable making decisions when risks are present, and can influence customers and team members with your persuasive style, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects for residential and commercial properties after fire or flood events, overseeing intake to completion.
• Coordinate with homeowners, insurance providers, sub‑contractors, foremen and in‑house tradesmen to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, work orders and collections, keeping projects within budget and on schedule.
• Maintain open communication with insurance carriers and property owners, and ensure all paperwork is completed on time.
• Track operational goals such as sales, gross margin, job closings and Net Promoter Score, reporting metrics in bi‑weekly meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of residential/commercial construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
