About the role
Join Select Physical Therapy’s sales team as a Business Development Manager covering the Oklahoma City area. You will play a key part in expanding our patient base by building strong relationships with physicians, patients, and referral partners while promoting our outpatient physical therapy and specialty services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities with business customers throughout the Oklahoma City territory.
- Maintain and strengthen positive relationships with existing referral sources.
- Educate physicians and patients about the benefits of our physical therapy and specialty services.
- Participate regularly in community outreach events to raise brand awareness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.).
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience working in an outpatient therapy setting.
