Business Development Manager – Beauty

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing US commerce team and help shape the future of shopping by bringing beauty brands onto the platform. You will own the end‑to‑end business development process, expanding our portfolio of enterprise partners and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with category leadership to identify and prioritize high‑potential beauty sellers for TikTok Shop.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects based on opportunity size, platform readiness, and creator collaboration potential.
• Develop compelling pitch materials and processes tailored to target brands.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to streamline onboarding, integration, and ongoing seller support.
• Create reporting and analytics to monitor seller onboarding performance and optimize the acquisition process.
• Coordinate internal resources to accelerate seller acquisition and achieve growth targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales within retail, marketplace, or e‑commerce platforms.
• Experience working with consumable or beauty brands, or equivalent industry exposure.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive leadership in B2B settings and negotiate favorable outcomes.
• Track record of managing scalable processes to meet monthly and quarterly OKRs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to improve processes and support growth.
