Business Development Manager – $100k‑120k

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the hospitality and food‑service markets across the Northeast and South Florida. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and nurturing long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new restaurant, hotel and catering accounts within the defined territory.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing consultation.
• Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross‑selling product categories such as disposables, branded packaging, and sanitation supplies.
• Collaborate with internal operations, logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track performance metrics, forecast sales, and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in food packaging, janitorial or sanitation industries.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
