Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Online Ambassadors Inc. is looking for a proactive Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to drive new client acquisition for its Online Ambassadors Pro division across South Florida. You will be the first point of contact for home‑improvement businesses, introducing our digital marketing solutions and setting qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify prospective home‑improvement companies throughout South Florida.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
• Present Online Ambassadors Pro’s services, including Google Ads, Local Services Ads, SEO, website development, landing pages, CRM systems, reputation management, and lead‑generation solutions.
• Schedule discovery calls and appointments for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate prospect data, activity logs, and follow‑up tasks in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with leadership to convert qualified leads into new clients.
• Achieve weekly and monthly outreach, lead‑generation, and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or sales.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, website development, landing pages, and reputation management.
• Familiarity with lead‑generation solutions, paid social media, and marketing automation.
