Business Design Coordinator – Architectural Design Support

About the role

Macgregor Associates Architects (MAA) is seeking a Business Design Coordinator to provide financial planning and scheduling support across multiple architectural projects. The role assists Project Managers with RFP reviews, proposal drafting, fee estimation, and staffing coordination to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in reviewing RFP documents, owner requirements, and project delivery expectations.
• Support preparation of project proposals, including scope descriptions and clarifications.
• Develop architectural fee estimates based on project scope, schedule, staffing needs, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with firm Principals and Project Managers to evaluate staffing needs and allocate resources.
• Track and organize client and prospect communications and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
