Business Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of client solutions on the CounselLink legal operations platform. You will work directly with corporate legal departments to translate complex business requirements into scalable system configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client implementations of the CounselLink platform.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and business process reviews.
• Gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
• Configure solutions across Legal e‑Billing, Matter Management, Claims Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues during implementation and post‑launch support.
• Manage project deliverables to ensure scope, timeline, budget and quality are met.
• Create user guides, training materials and process documentation.
• Support change management activities to drive adoption.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and resolve issues proactively.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering consulting projects for legal operations or enterprise software.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage senior leaders.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel periodically for client engagements and events.
