Business Analyst – YouTube Strategy & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join YouTube’s Strategy & Operations team. The role will support the Americas segment, working with Business Operations, Go‑to‑Market and Product Activation groups to solve strategic and financial challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Decompose complex, ambiguous business problems into quantitative frameworks.
• Deliver analytics and insights to drive partner growth and customer lifetime value.
• Design, deploy and scale automated self‑service tools for stakeholder analysis.
• Collaborate with AMER Partnerships leadership and cross‑functional teams to implement pilots and change management initiatives.
• Conduct experimental design and A/B testing to evaluate regional programs and incentive structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Economics).
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on data analysis, modeling and SQL experience.
• Experience in advertising, consultative sales, digital media or creator ecosystems is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management and stakeholder‑building abilities.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and analysis.

What we offer

• Base salary $100,000 – $142,000 per year.
• 15 % bonus target, equity participation and comprehensive benefits.
