About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support operations at a State Hospital psychiatric health facility. The role works on‑site, partnering with clinical, operational and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable Agile deliverables.

Key responsibilities

Elicit, document and validate business and functional requirements from clinical, administrative and IT stakeholders.
Translate requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria for SAFe delivery teams.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirement‑gathering sessions with subject‑matter experts.
Analyze current‑state processes, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Maintain requirements traceability and support user acceptance testing.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
Proven experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
