Business Analyst

About the role

Medallion is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Business Operations team. In this role you will partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision‑making across the fast‑growing health‑tech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define, track and maintain key business and operational metrics to measure performance and identify trends.
• Partner with department leads to understand goals, success metrics and operational pain points.
• Analyze data to surface actionable insights, recommend process improvements, automation opportunities and resource optimization.
• Support high‑priority strategic initiatives and special projects that quantify, analyze and improve complex healthcare processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings to embed analytics into workflows and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into business insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and diverse functional teams.
• Experience in healthcare operations or provider network management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
