Business Analyst – Data & Analytics (Remote, USA)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on translating business objectives into data‑driven solutions that support decision‑making, operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to gather, analyze and document data, reporting and analytics requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering and Business Intelligence teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, define standard metrics, KPIs and reporting structures.
• Support design, development, testing and validation of dashboards, reports, data models and analytical products.
• Prioritize analytics initiatives based on business impact and communicate progress, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven stakeholder‑management experience, including facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
