Bus Driver for Community Shuttle

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Bus Driver to operate the community shuttle at The Gardens of Annapolis. You will provide safe transportation for residents, staff, and guests, following established routes and schedules while complying with all Department of Transportation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the property‑owned shuttle or bus on designated routes and timetables.
• Perform daily visual inspections of tires, windows, doors, seatbelts, and overall vehicle condition.
• Schedule routine maintenance with approved mechanics and address any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the vehicle each day.
• Secure the vehicle when not in use, keep keys in a designated safe location, and park in approved areas.
• Stay informed of state and local motor vehicle laws and exercise safe driving judgment.
• Report mechanical or operational defects to the Community Manager and follow budget procedures for repairs.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer rider questions, explain routes, and assist disabled passengers as needed.
