Bus Agent – Airport Shuttle Driver

About the role

The Bus Agent supports airline tenants by transporting passengers between remote aircraft locations and the terminal. This customer‑facing position ensures timely, safe movement of passengers in a fast‑paced airport environment while adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate shuttles and buses up to 40 ft on designated routes between remote aircraft locations and the terminal.
• Drive SUV‑type vehicles for off‑airport transport during irregular operations, using public roads and freeways.
• Assist passengers with luggage handling and boarding.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and record findings.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and boarding areas.
• Communicate clearly with flight crews and ground personnel and address passenger inquiries professionally.
• Monitor weather conditions and apply appropriate safety measures.
• Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority and carrier safety and security regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced airport environment.
• Attention to safety and detail.
