Bus Agent – Airport Shuttle Driver

About the role

McGee is looking for a Bus Agent to transport airline passengers between remote aircraft locations and the terminal. This customer‑facing position operates shuttles and buses in a fast‑paced airport environment while prioritising safety and compliance with airport traffic rules.

Key responsibilities

• Drive shuttles or buses up to 40 ft on designated routes between remote airport locations and the terminal.
• Operate smaller SUV‑type vehicles for irregular operations, including travel on public roads and freeways.
• Assist passengers with luggage handling and boarding as needed.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and record findings on paper or electronically.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and boarding areas.
• Communicate clearly with flight crews, ground personnel, and passengers, addressing questions courteously.
• Monitor weather conditions and take appropriate safety measures.
• Follow all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier safety and security regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, safety‑focused airport environment.
