About the role
This full‑time position (8 hours per day, 12 months per year) provides technology support to building staff and students within a school district environment. The Building Technician ensures that all district hardware operates reliably and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technology support to all building staff and students.
- Install and maintain district hardware in the assigned building.
- Maintain repair records for technology equipment to support warranty claims.
- Perform periodic cleaning of computers, projectors, and other technology devices.
- Uphold a high degree of professionalism in all interactions.
- Follow Gettysburg Area School District safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.

- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to adhering to established safety policies.
- Availability to work full‑time, eight hours per day throughout the year.
