Build & Release Support Engineer – CI/CD (Future Opening)

About the role

Virtasant is seeking a Build & Release Support Engineer to join its advanced internal developer platform team. This future‑opening position will focus on supporting CI/CD pipelines and release tooling for a global engineering organization. The role is fully remote and works across North and South American time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for build, release, and CI/CD systems via Slack and ticketing platforms.
• Triage and resolve build failures, broken pipelines, dependency issues, and configuration errors.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver fast, accurate context before escalating complex problems.
• Maintain high developer velocity by minimizing disruptions and ensuring reliable tooling.
• Analyze ticket patterns to improve classification, severity handling, and overall service quality.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tickets.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially in a developer‑facing environment.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, globally distributed engineering teams.
