Bridal Seamstress – Wedding Dress Alterations (Gallatin, TX)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced bridal seamstress to join our network of independent alteration professionals. You will work from home while providing on‑site fittings for wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses and other formalwear in the Gallatin area.

Key responsibilities

• Alter wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and mother‑of‑the‑bride/groom dresses (hemming, bustles, bodice adjustments, straps, cups, zippers).
• Handle complex bridal constructions including multiple layers, lace, beading, linings, boning and tulle.
• Conduct fittings, take precise measurements and communicate timelines to clients.
• Deliver high‑quality finishing and maintain an organized workspace suitable for fittings.
• Occasionally work on prom dresses, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, suits and other formalwear.

Required profile

• Proven experience with bridal or women’s formalwear alterations.
• Strong garment construction knowledge and precision measuring skills.
• Professional communication and customer‑service abilities.
