Breakfast Attendant

About the role

Join our hotel team as a Breakfast Attendant, where you will create a welcoming breakfast experience for guests. You will prepare the breakfast bar, greet guests, and ensure service aligns with brand and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and stock the breakfast bar, setting up attractive food displays.
• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, brand‑consistent manner.
• Carry food, dishes, trays, and silverware between pantry and serving areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, seats, counters, shelves, and floors, following food safety protocols.
• Scrape, stack, and transport dirty dishes for cleaning.
• Refill beverage and ice dispensers, stock condiments, and ensure adequate supplies of glassware and trays.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and locate items as needed.
• Follow HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines and safe work practices.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food sanitation certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Previous food‑and‑beverage experience or equivalent training.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
