Brand Technology Partner

About the role

GoTo Foods is seeking a seasoned Brand Technology Partner to act as the primary liaison between its portfolio brands and the Store and Commercial Technology teams. Based in Atlanta, the role will own the end‑to‑end process that equips each brand with the technology needed for successful launches, menu changes and overall operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with Marketing and Operations executives to capture high‑level brand requirements for sales, marketing and operational initiatives that need IT support.
• Translate brand requirements into detailed technical specifications and log them as DRR tickets for the Store Technology and Digital teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact between assigned brands and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clear communication of schedules.
• Manage multiple brand technology initiatives, including in‑store and online menu changes, to drive EBITDA growth.
• Oversee the intake process for new projects, ensuring all items progress smoothly from concept to implementation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large‑scale technology initiatives in restaurant or retail environments.
• Proven track record of managing diverse, cross‑functional teams with an empathetic, collaborative approach.
• Consultative background working closely with restaurant brands to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Strong commitment to supporting franchisee needs and building a positive, high‑performing culture.
