Brand & Innovation Demand Planner

About the role

The Brand & Innovation Demand Planner will partner with Marketing, Innovation and Finance teams to build a consensus depletion forecast at the brand and item levels. This role translates portfolio decisions, innovation plans and cannibalisation impacts into a coherent demand outlook that drives operational planning and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate commercial assumptions and integrate them into demand plans.
• Quantify relationships between business drivers and demand outcomes using statistical modeling.
• Develop and maintain visual dashboards and BI reports to drive cross‑functional consensus.
• Own and defend demand volumes, drivers, risks and opportunities at item, brand and brand‑family levels.
• Provide content for the Monthly Portfolio Review, framing trade‑offs and gap‑closure actions.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings with sales, marketing and finance to align on forecast inputs.
• Support long‑range annual planning, scenario development and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to influence and build consensus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, operations and finance functions.
