Brand Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Brand Designer to create a premium visual identity for a new Australian wellness business. The project demands a sophisticated, architectural, and timeless aesthetic that conveys calm, warmth, and understated luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Design primary logo, secondary logo, and brand mark/icon.
• Develop a comprehensive colour palette and typography system.
• Produce detailed brand guidelines covering usage and visual direction.
• Create social media profile image assets.
• Provide website direction for a Squarespace build, emphasizing minimalism and generous white space.
• Define visual style incorporating arches, natural light, and elements of understated luxury.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing premium brand identities, preferably for wellness, boutique, or interior‑design sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing minimal, sophisticated, and timeless design work.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into cohesive visual systems.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Based in Australia or able to work within Australian time zones.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design software).
• Experience providing direction for Squarespace website projects (highly desirable).
