Brand & Communications Manager

About the role

MARLI New York is looking for a talented Brand & Communications Manager to shape and execute brand strategy for its luxury jewelry and timepiece collections. The role combines market analysis, creative campaign development, and close collaboration with PR and influencer partners to elevate the brand’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Participate in planning and implementation of brand campaigns across multiple channels.
• Lead strategy, planning and execution of boutique events and national activations to drive awareness and client acquisition.
• Develop innovative growth strategies aligned with the brand’s vision and mission.
• Ensure brand alignment across the organization, maintaining a cohesive identity.
• Partner with the PR agency to manage press, celebrity dressing and activation strategies.
• Support product pulls for celebrity and talent dressings on major red‑carpet events.
• Design and execute influencer and KOL programs for the US market, focusing on NYC.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, communications or events.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage a brand across multiple markets.
• Creative thinker and problem‑solver with strong communication skills.
• Strategic mindset capable of identifying long‑term opportunities and trends.
• Experience with talent dressing fine jewelry and luxury‑market influencers is a plus.
