Brand Ambassador – Lantana, FL

About the role

Renuity is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at in‑store retail events and local marketing campaigns throughout South Florida. You will engage homeowners face‑to‑face, educate them on premium home‑improvement solutions, and create a positive first impression of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at retail events, pop‑up displays, and community marketing activities.
• Engage customers, deliver confident product presentations, and answer questions about windows, doors, roofs, and bath upgrades.
• Generate qualified leads and capture customer information for follow‑up sales teams.
• Travel within the local area to attend events and store placements, including weekend shifts.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and professional‑development programs.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
• Willingness to learn, be coached, and pursue career growth in sales or leadership.
• Availability to work weekends and travel locally for events.
