Brand Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent mtm-llc at stores, events, fairs, festivals and community gatherings. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience, driving sales and generating qualified leads for our direct sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at all venues, engaging homeowners and answering product questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized booth or showroom with all marketing materials readily available.
• Collect complete information from prospects to schedule appointments and enter them into sweepstakes.
• Follow security protocols for technology equipment and keep the manager informed of daily activities.
• Perform additional marketing tasks such as calling prospective leads when required.

Required profile

• Willingness to work most weekends with a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, standing for extended periods.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to educate customers about our products and services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use computers, spreadsheets and mobile devices.
