Brand Ambassador – Field Sales (Dedham, MA)

About the role

Renuity is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at in‑store events and local marketing campaigns throughout Dedham, MA and surrounding areas. This field‑based position offers a fast‑paced environment where you will engage directly with homeowners, showcase premium home‑improvement solutions, and build a pipeline of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at retail events, trade shows, and community marketing initiatives.
• Engage customers face‑to‑face, educate them on windows, doors, roofs, and bath remodels, and promote the brand’s value proposition.
• Deliver confident product presentations and generate qualified sales leads.
• Travel within the Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire region to support store placements and events.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
• Leverage the role as a stepping stone toward a long‑term career in sales or leadership.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and receive coaching.
• Comfortable traveling locally and working weekends as needed.
