Brand Ambassador – Event & Community Representative

About the role

The Brand Ambassador creates a positive customer experience to drive sales and promote the company brand at events, fairs, festivals, community gatherings and stores.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at stores, events, fairs, festivals, and community venues.
• Engage homeowners and attendees, answer questions, and create a positive first impression.
• Provide product and service information, showcasing the company’s unique value proposition.
• Collect complete prospect information to schedule appointments and enter homeowners into sweepstakes.
• Maintain a clean, organized booth or showroom with all marketing materials readily available.
• Follow security protocols for technology equipment and report daily activities to the manager.

Required profile

• Willingness to work most weekends and possess a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an enthusiastic, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, standing for extended periods.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to educate potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
