About the role

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) supports financial advisors and their clients by delivering seamless administrative assistance. You will be a key point of contact for client accounts, communications, and day‑to‑day office operations, helping the team achieve its financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or multiple financial advisors.
• Maintain client records, process paperwork, and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with annual business planning and strategy development.
• Identify client needs and coordinate additional services when appropriate.
• Drive marketing initiatives, including planning and executing events.
• Deliver personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
