About the role

Santander is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Manalapan branch in Englishtown, NJ. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving financial targets and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall branch performance, meeting sales targets and optimizing operational processes.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
