About the role

Coldwell Banker is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead its Center Harbor office. You will be responsible for growing the brokerage, recruiting top agents, and delivering exceptional service to the community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and operate the local brokerage office, overseeing daily operations and financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop real estate agents to build a high‑performing team.
• Drive revenue growth through technology adoption, marketing initiatives, and cross‑selling services such as mortgage, title, and home warranty.
• Manage office budgets, expenses, and profit‑and‑loss statements to meet profitability targets.
• Represent Coldwell Banker in the community, participating in events and expanding the local network.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of residential real‑estate sales experience with a strong track record.
• Active local real‑estate or broker’s license.
• Proven success in managing, recruiting, and coaching teams.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and comfortable with emerging technology.
• Passionate about personal and professional growth.
