Branch Manager – Real Estate Brokerage

About the role

Coldwell Banker is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead its Ridgewood, NJ office. You will be responsible for growing the brokerage, recruiting top agents, and driving revenue while upholding the brand’s values and community presence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop real estate agents to build a high‑performing team.
• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including budgeting, expense control, and profit‑and‑loss accountability.
• Promote Coldwell Banker’s value proposition and technology tools to agents and clients.
• Lead community engagement initiatives and represent the brand at local events.
• Ensure compliance with real‑estate laws, contracts, and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of broker management experience in residential real estate.
• Active New Jersey broker’s license.
• Proven track record of recruiting, training, and motivating teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and comfortable with emerging technology.

Required skills

• Knowledge of real‑estate laws, contracts, and procedures.
• Ability to manage budgets and P&L statements.
