Bookkeeper for Residential Property Management

About the role

Greystar is seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to manage the financial operations of a stabilized residential property in Greenfield Village. You will handle tenant accounts, vendor payments, and provide accurate month‑end reporting for property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare expenditure reports, invoice payments, and balance ledgers.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions.
• Keep owner, tenant, and vendor files with proper financial documentation.
• Process vendor invoices promptly and route bills for manager approval.
• Generate end‑of‑month financial statements and calculate management fees.
• Interact regularly with owners, tenants, vendors, and internal staff.
• Process rent payments and issue three‑day notices as needed.
• Assist accounting, billing, or related departments when required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Preferably bilingual.
• Experience with Yardi or other CRM systems is a plus.

What we offer

• Hourly pay range $25.00 – $27.00.
• Eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs based on performance.
• Full‑time schedule 9 am – 6 pm (subject to change).
