About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join its Burlington Township service center. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday on the first shift (6:00 am – 4:30 pm) and offers an hourly rate of $34.11‑$40.35.

Key responsibilities

Operate body‑shop tools such as grinders, welders, torches, sanders, spray guns, and mixing equipment.
Identify damaged components, remove and replace them, and perform structural repairs.
Run the paint spray booth and manage all associated painting processes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Required profile

2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in automotive body repair.
Must own personal tools required for the job.
