Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Role

About the role

Join BIG as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop culturally respectful, neurodiversity‑affirming treatment plans. You will work in a hybrid setting, delivering both in‑person and telehealth ABA services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement person‑centered ABA programs for a focused caseload.
• Provide direct 1:1 care, caregiver‑mediated interventions, social skills groups, and self‑monitoring programs.
• Collaborate with Student Analysts (Program Managers) to ensure high‑quality client outcomes.

Required profile

• Active BCBA certification and California LiveScan.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience across home, school, and community settings.
• Proficiency in caregiver training using behavioral skills training (BST).
