Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full‑Time

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will also serve as a Full‑Time Behavior Specialist Consultant. You will conduct assessments, design individualized ABA programs, and support families and staff in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing behavioral and functional behavior assessments.
• Write comprehensive reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation aligned with BACB and insurance standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA intervention plans.
• Provide training, consultation, and supervision to parents, educators, and therapeutic staff.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Therapists in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.

Required profile

• Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA‑D) and a valid state license.
• At least 1 year of professional experience working with individuals with ASD.
• Maintain CEU requirements and active BACB credential.
