Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its King of Prussia team. You will conduct behavior assessments, design individualized intervention plans, and support clients with autism spectrum disorder.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing behavioral and functional assessments.
• Write comprehensive reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Develop and implement ABA therapy programs and monitor progress.
• Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, school staff, and support personnel.
• Supervise Registered Behavior/ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB standards.

Required profile

• Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA‑D).
• Valid Behavior Specialist/BCBA license for Pennsylvania.
• At least 1 year of professional experience working with clients with ASD.
• Maintain CEU requirements and BACB credential.
