Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for ABA Software Product

About the role

Artemis ABA Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to act as the clinical subject‑matter expert for its AI‑powered ABA software platform. You will bridge the gap between clinicians and technologists, shaping product features that improve ABA service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for clinical and practice‑management aspects of the Artemis ABA platform.
• Evaluate existing functionality, identify clinical gaps, and convey enhancement ideas to technical and business leaders.
• Review and validate customer requirements, helping to prioritize them on the product roadmap.
• Participate in product demos for prospective and existing clients.
• Present and promote Artemis ABA solutions to customers and fellow BCBAs.
• Support implementation and customer‑success teams during onboarding and ongoing engagements.
• Represent Artemis ABA at speaking engagements and author content in coordination with marketing.
• Identify new product opportunities based on client and sales interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap.
• Advocate for product capabilities both internally and externally.
• Contribute to business case development for new features and innovation initiatives.
• Work closely with development to translate and prioritize feature requests.

Required profile

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience with ABA software or practice‑management platforms (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to present complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
• Passion for technology and improving ABA service delivery.
