BizOps Engineer II

About the role

The BizOps Engineer II joins Mastercard’s Business Operations organization to ensure the stability, health, and scalability of our payment platforms. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to embed operational best‑practices throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production‑readiness stewardship for Mastercard products, ensuring platform stability and health.
• Collaborate with developers during the build phase to incorporate operational design, automation, capacity planning, and monitoring.
• Implement fault‑tolerant, scalable solutions and enforce operational standards across teams.
• Drive automation of deployment, self‑healing mechanisms, and performance monitoring.
• Support an agile, learning‑focused culture by sharing best practices and facilitating continuous improvement.
