Bistro Server – Full‑Time

About the role

Join the Bistro at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center as a full‑time server, providing attentive, personalized table service to hotel guests and local visitors. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where hospitality excellence is celebrated.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver them promptly.
• Process payments using the POS system and maintain dining‑room cleanliness.
• Assist with opening and closing side work, including setting tables and stocking stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure high service standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong customer‑service focus.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lb, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing.
