BIM Coordinator

About the role

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a motivated BIM Coordinator to support the BIM Manager on large‑scale infrastructure projects. Based in our New Rochelle corporate office, you will work closely with design and trade teams to ensure accurate, coordinated digital models.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the BIM Manager in meeting client BIM contract requirements.
• Set up and execute clash detection workflows, review results, and translate findings into actionable coordination issues.
• Generate and maintain regular progress reports for BIM deliverables.
• Support the creation and adoption of milestone Revit models for 4D/5D simulations using Synchro 4D Pro.
• Coordinate with schedulers and leadership to align model data with construction sequencing and cost information.
• Perform quality‑control reviews to ensure compliance with Level of Development (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) standards.
• Collaborate with Asset Managers and trade‑partner BIM teams to meet as‑built documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience on civil infrastructure or similar large‑scale projects.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit for 3D modeling.
• Experience using Synchro 4D Pro for 4D/5D simulations.
• Clash detection workflow setup and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of LOD and LOI standards.
