BillingPlatform Implementation Consultant – Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a BillingPlatform Implementation Consultant at the Manager level to lead financial operations transformation for its clients. You will assess existing billing processes, design automation strategies, and deliver integrated solutions that improve controls, reduce costs, and enhance overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of BillingPlatform solutions for client organizations.
• Analyze client financial processes to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency.
• Design and execute automation and integration strategies for financial systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, leveraging their strengths.
• Collaborate with clients on financial management strategy and performance optimization.
• Validate the integrity of financial controls and reporting mechanisms.
• Promote innovation and technology adoption to improve service delivery.
• Address and resolve conflicts with clients and internal teams professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in finance or consulting.
• Experience leading BillingPlatform implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance‑enabling technologies and process automation.
• Preferred background in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as CPA are a plus.
