Billing Administrator

Key responsibilities

• Enter contracted terms and pricing into billing systems to generate accurate invoices.
• Review and implement updates to contracted terms within the billing platform.
• Investigate internal and external inquiries related to pricing and billing.
• Prepare and maintain various billing records.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports supporting business initiatives.
• Develop training materials for billing processes.
• Assist with process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple departments on ad‑hoc projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar billing or finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with contract administration is a plus.
