About the role
We are looking for a bilingual system engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure for our clients in the NY/NJ area. You will work with hybrid network and cloud environments, ensuring stable operations and efficient performance.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, install, and maintain system software, hardware, and network applications in a hybrid network/cloud environment.
- Configure IP services and network systems.
- Evaluate operational requirements (processing volume, security, cost) to determine optimal hardware configurations.
- Analyze and plan system layouts, including computers and peripheral equipment.
- Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
- Conduct end‑user training for newly implemented or modified systems.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies.
- Support business travel requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Windows 10 and Windows Server.
- Active Directory.
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Backup systems, antivirus software, and PC imaging.
What we offer
- Full‑time employment with a salary range of $65,000 – $85,000 per year.
- Flexible working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) based on client needs.
