About the role

Join Allied Universal as a Bilingual Spanish‑Speaking Security Officer at a busy commercial real‑estate location in Miami. You will serve as the front‑desk guardian, welcoming visitors, managing access, and supporting security operations with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service while executing security procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Monitor front‑desk activity, greet visitors, register badges, and direct guests.
• Respond calmly to incidents, document details, and communicate with property management or emergency personnel.
• Answer phones, handle inquiries, and support tenant, visitor, and vendor interactions.
• Observe lobby and entrance activity, reporting unusual behavior or maintenance concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• At least 21 years old (18 for unarmed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lb (preferred).
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Willingness to undergo background check, drug screening, and any required licensing.
