Bilingual Sales Representative – Dallas TX

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing beauty and personal‑care business in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will promote a portfolio of consumer‑goods, hair‑care, personal‑care and cosmetics products to beauty‑supply distributors and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new market opportunities within the beauty‑supply channel.
• Negotiate sales contracts and manage relationships with distributors.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and promotional support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience selling mass‑consumer, hair‑care, personal‑care or cosmetics products.
• Proven experience with beauty‑supply distributors.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Commercial mindset, negotiation ability and a passion for exploring new markets.
