Bilingual Sales Representative – Dallas TX

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing beauty and personal‑care business in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on driving sales of consumer‑goods, hair‑care, cosmetics and personal‑care products through beauty‑supply channels and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new retail and distribution partners in the Dallas market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring product placement and promotional execution.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and opportunities in the beauty sector.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals in both English and Spanish.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven sales experience with mass‑consumer, hair‑care, personal‑care or cosmetics products.
• Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, influence and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to explore and develop new market segments.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
